Kelly Smith BSc (Hons) Social Science and Psychology
Registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP)
I am an integrative, person centred practitioner, who can offer individual counselling and/or psychotherapy to young people and adults, including couples.
I am a qualified supervisor and can offer supervision to my fellow counsellors, or anyone in a helping role,
who feels they could benefit from having the space to 'offload'.
Supervision can be especially beneficial to teachers, those working in support roles in schools, and those in the medical professions, social work, etc.
I am also a Mindfulness practitioner, and can bring this into the work if it feels appropriate.
I can offer Mindfulness sessions to groups in schools or the workplace as a stress reduction/management tool.
I believe that, ultimately, it is the relationship with your therapist that heals, and, as such, I suggest that,
if you feel counselling may be of benefit to you in any form, please come along and meet with me to see how it feels.
